There should be three files: ArcGIS_Desktop_1081_175110.exe, ArcGIS_Data_Interop_for_Desktop_1081_175134.exe, and the licensing file, EducationSiteArcGISDesktop_SingleUse_947809.prvc.
Right click on the file and select 7-zip.
When the download is complete, unzip it.
It is large (over 2 GB), so it may take some time.

Consider migrating workflows to ArcGIS Pro to take advantage of the application's native support for high dpi displays.

Click the Compatibility tab on the ArcMap 10.x Properties dialog box.

Ensure the screen text size is set to small (The default is 100% on Windows systems.).
Set the screen resolution to the recommended screen resolution for ArcMap, which is a minimum of 1024 x 768 or higher at normal size (96 dpi).
